For your convenience, we offer both set rates and hourly rates for our cleaning services. To obtain an accurate set rate, we require a complimentary in-home estimate. If you are unable to schedule this free estimate and would like to book a cleaning, we can proceed with your request, and billing will be calculated on an hourly basis according to the type of cleaning service you require.

We are pleased to offer one-time cleaning and outdoor services. There is no requirement for a recurring schedule. Whether you require assistance for a one-time cleaning, a deep cleaning, or preparing your home for sale, we are here to help ensure your property is in excellent condition.

Generally, a one-time cleaning or the initial cleaning is more expensive than recurring cleanings. This is because these types of cleanings require more time and effort compared to homes that are on our regular schedule. Recurring cleanings are designed to maintain the cleanliness of your home on a regular basis and typically do not take as long.

Our cleaning teams typically consist of two members. However, for larger homes or during deep cleaning sessions, we may deploy additional team members. On certain days when our schedule is particularly busy, we may also send more than two team members to ensure that your home is cleaned efficiently and thoroughly.

We strive to maintain consistency by sending the same cleaning team whenever feasible. However, we cannot guarantee the same team members will always be available due to various factors, including illness, vacations, and the part-time nature of many of our team members, some of whom are college students who may transition after graduation. While we will make every effort to send the same team, please understand that this is not a guarantee.

For your protection and ours, we are fully bonded and insured. All members of our cleaning team are employees, which safeguards you from any liability should a cleaner sustain an injury while working in your home.
